WGMA MISSION

To preserve the unique history and legacy of Gospel Music with its many genres and forms throughout the world.

To give all Ages, Creed and Color the opportunity to exhibit their God-given talents through Community events and our Radio and Television programs.

To provide young people the possibility of showcasing and participating in learning the discipline of Gospel Music Ministry as well as receiving scholarships for higher learning.

In addition, the Senior Choral Community Choir in association with WGMA, does presentations with senior residents to provide fellowship to the sick and shut-in.

Under its auspices, WGMA brings together the benefits of Music Therapy with the Gospel Music experience to "make a joyful noise" in celebrating its dedication to the art and performance of Gospel Music.
